Linda’s Best Hotdogs & Catering isn’t just a business – it’s the result of decades of experience, a shared love of food, and a journey that began back in the 1980s. We first met in San Diego when Linda was catering a wedding and I was running a local diner. That day sparked more than a great meal – it began a partnership in life and in the kitchen.

Over the years, we catered everything from small gatherings to a double wedding for 500 guests featuring an incredible Asian menu. Life took us down different paths – Linda spent 16 years with United Airlines, and I built a career in the transportation industry – but our passion for food and catering never faded.
In the early 2000s, we turned up the heat, competing in barbecue competitions across the Southwest and beyond. Our dedication led to award-winning BBQ and certification as Master Judges in the Barbecue Association.
Now, we’ve come full circle with Linda’s Best Hotdogs & Catering, proudly serving the Las Vegas Valley. Our hotdog cart features only the best: 100% all beef Vienna hotdogs, known for their flavor and quality. From the classic dog to our crowd-favorite Polish Fire Dog, we offer bold, mouthwatering creations stacked with unique toppings.
